CLOVER:

Rescued at 4 days old, her life could have been much worse, sadly alike her brother who we could not save. We rescued her from a dog fighting ring, she was emaciated, full of worms, fleas and covered in dried blood. Within this location we saved her from, there were cock fights, dog fights & people fighting all for sport - Clover was one of the lucky ones, hence her being named after a lucky four leaf clover.

Within our store, we have T-shirt designs revolving around Clover, and he success story - with the profits going towards herself, care for the other animals and more.

Head over to our donations page and take a look at the amounts & what they can help with, what they provide and how you as an individual help our animals and our cause.

Our Success Stories

MISSY:

Amanda rescued Missy when she was in a detrimental state, with dreadlocks all down her body, scared of her own shadow, a huge scar down her leg, emaciated, her feet were in a terrible state & she was covered in mud.

She had been abused, and it took a very long time to get her used to us touching her, grooming her, and being close to her. She had been tied to a post for 2 and a half days, beaten whenever she tried to move; as she was being punished for breaking a sulky.

However now Missy barely leaves Amanda's side, following her everywhere; she's now completley desensitized to a lot of common objects and situations that used to give her intense fear. She is a lot happier but can still get nervous & turns to Amanda as a form of support, a sort of security blanket.

GEORGE:

This original drawing done by Jesse. B, is based off our rescue dog George - A Great Dane X Pitbull, who we didn't actually expect to be able to be adopted out. He was petrified of everything, coming from a household full of domestic violence at the age of 4 months.

However everything changed when Amanda took him to a park when he was 15 months old, he pulled away from her and actually ran towards another person - unphased, not scared he approached a man sitting on a park bench who was staring out to space. Amanda ran over & apologized about George just running up to him, but by this stage George was resting his head on the man's lap & was staring up at the man. The guy wasn't phased, and actually looked happy; patting George, and then started crying explaining that his wife had just passed away 2 weeks earlier. He had sold his house & everything else, and was planning on going sailing around the world with his wife - after he heard about George's story, he offered then and there to adopt him. And George & his new owners adventure began; the ring symbolizes an accident on their journey when a storm hit & his owner fell over board, George then dived in after him with a rescue ring and saved his life. He lived alongside his new owner until he was 16 years old, then he sadly passed away in his owners arms.

These designs we have on shirts, which for every one sold, all funds go back into the sanctuary so that we are able to give other dog's and people like George and his owner a 2nd chance at life.
